E-mail to my teacher :)
My name is Pau and I'm 15 years old. I'm a student of first Batxillerat and I've chosen the scientific speciallization. I've chosen this one because I'd like to study physics and mathematics in the university. You told us to send you an e-mail about our experience as English learners so this is what I'm about to do now.
I began to study english when I was three. By that age I began learning to count from 1 to 10 and to say some easy words. I began studying the first verbs at 1rst of primary, where I learnt the verb "to be" and the verb "have". Little by little I learnt more and more verbs, and I also learned some tenses. When I was 9 I did my first past tenses, and when I was 11 I began with the future. In 1st ESO I learned the conditionals(1st, 2nd and 3rd) and in 2nd I learnt the passive voice that was really easy for me (I've never reached to understand why). In 2012 I travelled abroad for the first time. I was young, alone and afraid of leaving home for no more and no less than ONE MONTH!!!! In Ireland I improved a lot, I almost reached the local basic speaking level and succesfully passed the B2.1 exam. That trip was like a "click" for me because there was where I got my level of English that I've been improving very slowly since then. From 3r ESO to now i haven't improved my level very much. Even though I'm very proud of my it.
My future plans for English learning are studying and speaking a lot for reaching the CAE level and being able to pass this exam.
Thanks for your attention.
